Basically, I'd feel incomplete without my piercings! I have my ears done the way they are for the inbalance I am, the nose for balance I seek, and the hand because I seem to follow more left-hand thinking. So far all my jewelry is stainless steel, but I might switch the hand web to PTFE simply for flexibility.

Left ear: One 6G spine talon and two 14G captive coil rings
Right ear: One 6G spine talon and one 14G CCR
Septum: 14G CCR
Left hand web: 14G curved barbell
Planned: Right industrial, both nipples, three microdermal anchors on the outside of each wrist...with button-shaped disks possibly also the tongue, not sure on this one yet.
