15 Piercings and Counting I have three lobe piercings on my left ear and two on my right plus a helix on my left. Also, a septum ring, vertical clitoral hood, nipples, upper and lower navel, two on lower back, and outer labia. Of those, my navel piercings, my back piercings and my outer labia are retired. I feel strange sometimes because I am currently working on my doctorate, but I refuse to give up my piercings because they are a part of who I am. People always like to make remarks about it and tell me its unprofessional, but it's me. It's part of what makes me myself.
