uneven stretched lobes

I have had my ears at 7/16 th for ten years and three weeks ago, stretched up to 1/2 in with tapers by a professional piercer. My ears were very angry with me and my right ear was especially swollen. With religious cleaning, massaging and soaking, they have healed nicely but if my piercings were ever uneven, it is apparent now. I'm not sure if my right ear is still swollen, but my left piercing seems lower and the skin is thinner. Will it plump up if I take out the plugs and massage with jojoba oil? Is it possible the right one is truly still swollen and they will even out?
