hey, i got my belly button pierced about 2 weeks ago, and the area around the piercing got really sore recently. and as i was cleaning it today i noticed a little bit of puss coming out of it. is that normal? or is it infected? and if it is infected, what do i do?

`i got my lip pierced 4 weeks ago and it doesnt hurt or is red or swollen anymore. i want to change it to a ring. can i at 4 weeks?
